1. Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of services offered by Ruppeecoin, operating under the brand name GrowBhav, with the mission “Financially Fit Bharat”. By accessing, purchasing, or availing any service through this website (www.ruppeecoin.com) or through any offline or online mode, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy.
Ruppeecoin operates in a SEBI-regulated environment and acts strictly as a distributor and facilitator of financial products and services. RuppeeCoin is not an investment advisor, does not provide advisory services, and does not guarantee returns.
2. Nature of Services
The services offered by Ruppeecoin include, but are not limited to:
Financial Clean-up & Safety Audit (for individuals and families)
Annual Financial Maintenance Plan
Facilitation of financial products such as mutual funds, PMS, insurance, stock broking, fixed-income products, loans, and other permitted financial instruments
Financial awareness initiatives, workshops, and educational programs
SME financial readiness, capital facilitation, and related non-advisory support services
Any other service that may be introduced in the future under RuppeeCoin or GrowBhav
All services are process-oriented, facilitation-based, administrative, educational, or execution-support services and do not constitute investment advice or assurance of outcomes.
3. Non-Refundable Policy (Important)
All payments made to Ruppeecoin / GrowBhav are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Once a service is purchased, booked, initiated, scheduled, or accessed, no refund, cancellation, reversal, or chargeback shall be permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Change of mind by the client
Perceived lack of value or satisfaction
Partial usage or non-usage of the service
Delay caused due to non-availability of information or documents from the client
Change in financial condition, market conditions, or personal circumstances
Any expectation of returns or outcomes not explicitly stated
Discontinuation of service by the client
Force majeure or external factors beyond the control of Ruppeecoin
This applies to one-time fees, annual fees, bundled services, and any future service offerings.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Ruppeecoin does not guarantee:
Financial gains or returns
Investment performance
Risk elimination
Regulatory approvals
Business funding or IPO success
Any specific financial result
Fees charged are strictly for time, effort, process execution, facilitation, administrative support, and knowledge sharing, and not for outcomes. Therefore, dissatisfaction with results does not qualify for a refund.
5. Annual & Period-Based Services
For services such as the Annual Financial Maintenance Plan, the fee is charged for availability, support, and facilitation during the agreed period, irrespective of the number of interactions or level of usage. Early discontinuation by the client does not entitle the client to any refund, full or partial.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds shall not be issued even in exceptional circumstances. However, at its sole discretion, RuppeeCoin may choose to:
Reschedule a session
Offer an alternate service of similar nature
Extend support within the scope of the originally purchased service
